The video aims to give an idea of the importance of putting in place an anticipatory action plan to prevent Desert Locust invasions by  the strengthening of surveillance and control capacities adding to human resources capacity building (practical training on using drones and locust control),the use of biopesticides.- Targets : decision-makers, donors and other partners, locust experts and locust control operators. This video can be an introduction during the advocacy meetings with donors and during the meeting with the countries.
