General information

This module collects essential background details about the respondent. It captures the enumerator’s and respondent’s identification, as well as basic demographic information such as the respondent’s gender and age. The module also explores household decision-making dynamics, identifying who makes most of the decisions and whether other adults share decision-making roles. Finally, it records the respondent’s geographic location, including province, district, village/community, and GPS coordinates, to situate the survey data within its local context. 

The responses serve an informational purpose only and are not scored; consequently, a resilience score is not generated.
