Training on linking farmers to markets in Africa

This training program will be organized by the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) from 20 to 24 July 2015. The program will consist of three themes: (i) input markets – how can farmers ensure timely and reliable access to inputs and know how to use them; (ii) output markets – how can producers get access to output markets; and (iii) cross-cutting issues such as association development, market information systems, access to financial services, ICT solutions, agricultural policies and gender integration. This training targets professionals from both the private and public sectors with specific interest in farmer-to-market linkages. Registration fees range from USD 1500 to USD 1800 depending on the time of registration.
