The 14th International Food Data Conference (IFDC), organized by FAO, gathered approximately 180 delegates from more than 40 countries to share advances in food composition data. Held in the Green Room over three days, the event featured almost 50 oral and 100 poster presentations selected by a scientific committee. It offered a unique platform to exchange and foster dialogue on food composition data generation, sharing and utilization, focusing on key thematic areas. For the first time, the conference was webcast with over 700 live viewers on day 1, demonstrating the demand for broad access to technical discussions in this field.
