We are honoured to welcome, as the 2023 Lecturer, Her Excellency Ms María Teresa Infante Caffi, Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Member of the Institut de Droit International, Professor of International Law at the University of Chile, former Permanent Representative of Chile to the OPCW and Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, President of the Latin American Society of International Law.
