AMARC and FAO team up to promote radio stories on nutrition
- The World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations have teamed up to explore stories about how nutrition issues are addressed and understood in different contexts.
AMARC is an international non-governmental organization which serves the community radio movement and its listeners, with a network of nearly 4 000 members and associates across 150 countries.
In the coming months leading up to the Second International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2), community radio stations within the AMARC network will be submitting radio stories that illustrate what nutrition means in different communities around the globe.
