FAO/WHO GIFT will be presented at a Side Event of the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Forum on 6 May 2022, 7:30-9:00 EDT/13.30-15.00 CEST, following a Mapping of Digital-Related Initiatives Across the UN System, where 489 inputs from 39 UN entities were received.

This Call for Expression of Interest, issued by FAO, is to identify institutions from low- and middle-income countries, with access to Individual Quantitative Food Consumption (IQFC) data that could be shared through the FAO/WHO GIFT platform.

FAO and the Intake Center for Dietary Assessment have jointly convened a meeting about “Dietary Data Collection, Analysis and Use: Taking Stock of Country Experiences and Promising Practices in Low- and Middle-Income Countries” on 11–13 December 2019 at FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy.
