The members of INSOP and other networks of the Global Soil Partnership are cordially invited to participate in the INSOP Monitoring and Regulation WG meeting that will be held online on Wednesday, November 29. Participants will be able to learn about FAO legal instruments such as FAOLEX and SoiLEX. They will also be encouraged to share their knowledge and identify the major gaps in developing legal tools for preventing, monitoring, and/or remediating soil pollution in their countries. Furthermore, strategies for reducing heavy metals in phosphate fertilizers through the endorsement of policies will also be explored and discussed.
