Ingredients

soya, beans: 1 kg
water: 10 l
sugar: 2 kg
calcium: 1/4 cup
vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon
sago: 3 cups

Steps

1. Wash soybeans then soak overnight.
2. Grind finely and add boiling water in small amount.
3. Filter in a cheese cloth.
4. Boil the milk for 10 minutes then let the temperature reach to 60-70 degrees C.
5. Add 1/4 cup calcium sulfate dissolved in 2 cups water. Stir.
6. Prepare the syrup: boil 10 l water and 2 kg brown sugar for 10 minutes. Add vanilla, pandan or other flavours.
