Article II.1: “Bosnia and Herzegovina and both Entities shall ensure the highest level of internationally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms. To that end, there shall be a Human Rights Commission for Bosnia and Herzegovina as provided for in Annex 6 to the General Framework Agreement.”

Article 23 : « Chacun a le droit de mener une vie conforme à la dignité humaine. A cette fin, la loi, le décret ou la règle visée à l'article 134 garantissent, en tenant compte des obligations correspondantes, les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels, et déterminent les conditions de leur exercice. Ces droits comprennent notamment:

 le droit au travail et au libre choix d'une activité professionnelle dans le cadre d'une politique générale de l'emploi, visant entre autres à assurer un niveau d'emploi aussi stable et élevé que possible, le droit à des conditions de travail et à une rémunération équitables, ainsi que le droit d'information, de consultation et de négociation collective;

 le droit à la sécurité sociale, à la protection de la santé et à l'aide sociale, médicale et juridique;

 le droit à un logement décent;

 le droit à la protection d'un environnement sain;

Article 27: « Le système économique vise à assurer la prospérité du pays par le développement durable et la justice sociale, afin de parvenir à un taux plus élevé de croissance réelle de l'économie nationale, de relever le niveau de vie, d'augmenter les offres d'emploi et de réduire le chômage, et d'éradiquer la pauvreté. » 

Article 29: « L'agriculture est une composante fondamentale de l'économie nationale. L'État s’engage à protéger la terre agricole et à l'élargir, et criminaliser tout empiètement sur l'agriculture. L’État s'engage à développer les campagnes, relever le niveau de vie de leurs habitants, les protéger contre les risques environnementaux et à encourager la production agricole et animale et les industries qui en sont issues. L'État assure les intrants de la production agricole et animale, et garanti l'achat des produits agricoles de base à un prix convenable permettant une marge de bénéfice pour l'agriculteur, en accord avec les fédérations, syndicats et associations agricoles. L’État s'engage également à allouer une proportion des terres bonifiées aux petits agriculteurs et aux jeunes diplômés; et à protéger l'agriculteur et l’ouvrier agricole de l'exploitation, conformément à la loi. »

Article 81: “The State shall guarantee the health, economic, social, cultural, entertainment, sporting and educational rights of persons with disabilities and dwarves, strive to provide them with job opportunities, allocate a percentage of job opportunities to them, and adapt public facilities and their surrounding environment to their special needs.”

Etiopía

Article 43: "The Right to Development.

1. The Peoples of Ethiopia as a whole, and each Nation, Nationality and People in Ethiopia in particular have the right to improved living standards and to sustainable development.

2. Nationals have the right to participate in national development and, in particular, to be consulted with respect to policies and projects affecting their community.

3. All international agreements and relations concluded, established or conducted by the State shall protect and ensure Ethiopia's right to sustainable development.

4. The basic aim of development activities shall be to enhance the capacity of citizens for development and to meet their basic needs.

(2) Every person shall have the right to improve him/herself through collective struggle for his/her rights to develop his/her society, nation and state.”

(1) Every person shall have the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a home and to enjoy a good and healthy environment, and shall have the right to obtain medical care.

Japón

Article 50: “(1) It shall be the political objective of the State to strengthen a federal democratic republican system to ensure an atmosphere where democratic rights are exercised by acknowledging sovereignty, independence and integrity of the country to be of utmost importance; by protecting freedom, equality, property and all citizens through rule of law; by embracing the norms and values of fundamental rights and human rights, gender equality, proportional inclusion, participation and social justice; and by maintaining a just system in all spheres of national life in order to establish a government system aimed at public welfare, while maintaining relations between federal units on the basis of cooperation between them, and internalizing the principle of inclusion in the governance system on the basis of local autonomy and decentralization,”

Article 51: “The State shall pursue the following policies:

(b) Policies regarding political and governance system:

  • (1) Guaranteeing people’s welfare and all-round-progress through economic, social and cultural transformation, while defending and strengthening political achievements and their development.
  • (2) Maintaining rule of law by protecting and practicing human rights.

(h) Policies regarding the basic needs of citizens:

  • (12) Increasing investment in the agricultural sector by making necessary provisions for sustainable productivity, supply, storage and security, while making it easily available with effective distribution of food grains by encouraging food productivity that suits the soil and climate conditions of the country in accordance with the norms of food sovereignty.”

Article 52: “It shall be the obligation of the State to maintain Nepal's independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, autonomy of Nepal, protecting and promoting fundamental rights and human rights, and to observe the directive principles of the State and gradually implementing the policies.”
