Workshop on “Soil Spectroscopy: the present and future of Soil Monitoring”
The workshop will be a unique opportunity to put together the experts of soil spectroscopy in order to promote the knowledge and use of this discipline in environmental science. Considered the expected outstanding degree of the contributions, the workshop will generate a white paper that will serve as reference for the soil spectroscopy community. A draft outline for the white paper will shortly be circulated. You are invited to contribute to this white paper. The white paper will be distributed during the meeting and will be refined on the basis of the discussions. The white paper will be published as an FAO-GSP report. Furthermore, the chapters of the white paper will be the basis of a special issue. We will contact a journal interested in publishing this special issue.
