Sivas Cumhuriyet University (Turkish: Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi) is a public university established in the Sivas Province of Turkey in 1973 at the 50th anniversary of Republic of Turkey. The main campus of the university is located in Sivas, also known as Sebaste, Sipas, Megalopolis, Kabira, Diaspolis and Talaurs at various time periods, is one of the oldest and most important centers of population in Anatolia (Source: Wikipedia).
