The Centro Mediterráneo de Investigaciones Marinas y Ambientales (Centre Mediterrani d'Investigacions Marines i Ambientals, CMIMA) is a research centre of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) whose main task is the multidisciplinary study of the seas and oceans and the role they play in the context of the planet.
