Scientific progress thrives on conversations, discussions and the exchange of ideas. Schloss Dagstuhl – Leibniz Center for Informatics has set itself the goal of promoting computer science research at the top international level, in particular by providing infrastructures for scientific communication and the exchange between researchers. We pursue this goal with the help of our scientific seminars and workshops, which take place in the inviting atmosphere of Schloss Dagstuhl, our OpenAccess publishing programme and, last but not least, the operation and further development of the computer science bibliography database dblp. Our target group is the international computer science community, whereby the involvement of young researchers: and the promotion of women in computer science research are of particular concern to us.
