每年大约有70万人死于抗菌素耐药性(AMR)引起的感染。在全球范围内,抗菌素耐药性还严重威胁着粮食安全、生计、动物健康和福利、经济和农业发展。 农业生产集约化导致了抗菌素的使用日益增加——预计到2030年其增幅将达67%。 使用抗菌素是治疗动植物疾病的重要方法。通过对操作规范作出必要的调整,落实有效的政策,并采取适当行动抗击抗菌素耐药性等措施来正确地利用这一重要资源,对于粮食安全和实现粮农组织关于在我们的有生之年消除饥饿的“零饥饿”目标至关重要。
