A brief illustrated summary of the four volume RFLP baseline survey findings giving the before project status (in early 2011) for co-management, safety at sea and vulnerability reduction, post-harvest and marketing, livelihoods enhancement and diversification and micro-finance services in the central provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue, in Vietnam.

RFLP engaged international consultant input to a) to test and verify the newly developed FAO Draft Guidelines to competent authorities in implementing an accident reporting and analysis systems for small fishing vessels, and b) to pilot an accident at sea reporting system in Cambodia, Indonesia and Timor-Leste.    This report details the process, the results, lessons learned and makes recommendations for improved accident at sea reporting systems appropriate for South and Southeast Asia conditions. ...

A scoping mission was conducted by the Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA) to assess the current status of micro-finance services (including savings, credit and insurance) in Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. This document is a consolidated report based on reports from six different APRACA teams which surveyed all six RFLP countries.
