Proceedings of a regional lessons learned workshop on safety at sea and vulnerability reduction, held in Dili, Timor-Leste in October 2011. Key findings, lessons learned and recommendations for both a) safety at sea and b) vulnerability reduction were presented by six participating south and southeast Asia countries, namely Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste and Viet Nam.
