FAO in Azerbaijan

The partnership between FAO and Azerbaijan has been steadily growing since the country became a member of the Organization in 1995. In 2015, the partnership entered into a new phase through signing agreements on FAO-Azerbaijan Partnership Programme and Establishment of FAO Partnership and Liaison Office in the country. Consequently, Azerbaijan has become a new donor partner to FAO’s voluntary programme and active contributor to the projects of technical assistance on the development of agriculture in our country.
