Objective / Goal To digitalize and create a database to guide livestock policy interventions throughout livestock value chains; to strengthen poultry and piggery production via technical support for better business decisions, efficiency, management, and tracing movement of products; to promote, propagate, and improve dairy production through improve farm practices and reduce drudgery; to strengthen capacity institutions livestock sector to improve quality and standards; and to enhance fish production for import substitution and exports in niche markets.
