- DSP supports multi-media message content. Each message can be delivered as text, audio, video, or image. Text messages can also be automatically translated into any of the 100+ languages supported by Google Translate.
- Messages will need to be concise, clear, and relevant considering their intended consumption on a mobile phone. Consider organising workshop sessions for all message creators to agree on structures and approaches for creating message content.
- Complexity of messages will need to be tailored to the intended audience. Message creators should consider using all available formats (text, image, and video) to deliver messages as clearly as possible. Optionally consider reviewing content with a test group of beneficiaries to get validation and feedback.
- To aid the experts, Administrator and Content Management guides are provided in this website. The Administrator guide is meant for administrators of the platform to setup the application for the country and manage users and their access rights. The Content Management guide explains how to use existing theme templates, create new themes, and populate key messages.
