The WSIS+20 Forum High-Level Event is scheduled to be held from 27 to 31 May 2024. FAO is organizing a session on Thursday 30th May 2024, 11:00-11:45 CEST on ‘The Future of Digital Agriculture: Process for Progress- Reflecting and Building on WSIS 20 years’ journey’.

The Agricultural Stress Index System (ASIS) has been recently added to the DPG Registry. ASIS is an innovative tool developed by FAO to monitor agricultural drought across the globe. Updating its data every 10 days, ASIS utilizes satellite technology to pinpoint regions at high risk of water stress and drought.
