Hi. You can call me Manuel. I am Nicaraguan and have worked on the issue of ICT for six year at the National University of Nicaragua. I believe that ICT is a very important tech to help producers to improve their options in the globalizing economic world. Opportunities becomes more available and competition improves a lot. For ICT to do its job Education must be a key issue and farmers take it for real.
