Hi: I am Shalini Kala from the Asia team of International Development Research Centre (IDRC). At IDRC, we are interested in exploring research on use of ICTs for rural livelihoods. Hi Shalini it is nice to have with us in this Forum! :) I'm also lurking a lot around as the level of the discussion is very high and people are contributing with interesting stories and effective examples. In general, I feel comfortable in lurking as I see the positive of it in the sense that knowledge can be transferred anyhow from the writers to the readers and, thanks to that, to a lagers public of beneficiaries.
