introduction

Hello every one. I am Boubacar and I am enrolled in a master program at North Dakota State University, in natural resource management with an area of specialisation social sciences. I am from Niger where I was working at the National Park of W and was also the permanent secretary of NGO CoGeZoH (Contribution a la Gestion des Zones Humides). With the NGO and with the park, I was working with the local communities to find ways to reduce thier vulnerability to the natural resources of the park thereby conservation these latter. Here also I will be looking at the benefits of ecotourism to natural resources conservation with emphasis on local communities livelihod enhancement. My wiil is that, through this forum I will generate ideas that can contribute to my study in particular and rural areas development in general. Thanks.
