Hi, I'm Sotiris Karetsos and I work for the Informatics Laboratory of the Agricultural University of Athens. We have put much research effort on the impact of mobile phones in rural areas. We have focused on the use of SMS for delivering services in rural areas and we have investigated such possibilities for Greek case studies. Recently, two papers of our team have been published exploring such possibilities.
