Introduction; main interest: social and cultural aspects of the use of ICT by farmers

Hello everyone, my name is Eric, I'm brazilian and I'm preparing a PhD on the cultural aspects of the use of ICT by farmers in West Africa. I do this PhD in partnership with the Foundation for world agriculture and rural life, based in Paris, France. Sorry for joining discussions a little bit late, but let's go to it. It will also be a pleasure to discuss directly with those interested by the social and cultural aspects of the use of mobile phones, or ICT in general, in rural areas.
