Dr. Nabil Kherbache is a senior lecturer and researcher/ international consultant in the field of water resources and economics. He specializes in research on the phenomenon of water scarcity and water ‎policies: supply policy vs water demand management (WDM). His research focuses also ‎on the study of the adaptive capacity to water scarcity, water accounting, and the monitoring ‎of SDGs for arid countries in the NENA region.
