My name is Alimamy Bangura, a graduate in agriculture and MBA holder from Sierra Leone. I have been living with my locals in rural communities in northern Sierra Leone implementing agriculturaal projects for improving the livelihood resilience of community people.

I have carried out several initiatives in agriculture that have improved the living conditions of our communities. Such projects include swamp development for continuous cropping, SRI methods of planting for increased outputs and the intorduction of village savings and loans schemes among community members for increased income generation activities in the communities.

I would like to be a member of this forum so that my brilliant ideas will be incorporated by other fellows that are determined to imprive the economic resilience of rural poor.
