At present I am working as Senior Manager & head of Sustainable Agriculture and Food programme. After getting my M.Sc. Hons in Agricultural Economics, I worked in the government sector before leaving for the University of Reading, UK, for my second masters in Rural Social Development on the Chevening Scholarship. My areas of expertise are socio-economic research, participatory methods in rural development, planning, execution and monitoring of agricultural projects. Areas of professional interest include natural resource management, climate change and micro-finance for poverty alleviation and rural development.
