I am a lecturer in the department of Women and Gender Studies, Makerere University with an interest in ICTs. I carried out my MA thesis in the field of Gender and ICts and in the nascent stages of my PhD studies in the same area but this time round focussing on the Policy implications of ICTs on the household bargaining dynamics.
