I advocate for and promote efforts to move towards a food system that is sustainable – both ecologically and socio-politically sustainable. Drawing on my extensive knowledge & cross sectoral experience, I help identify and develop solutions for people, process, machine and product challenges in real world situations. I work on developing, refining and implementing agricultural information systems solutions at Tene-Ag. Taking a systems approach towards using IT tools for the agricultural sector, we have developed solutions for each stakeholder in the agri supply chain – working towards an integrated common platform to address some of the growing concerns regarding food & agriculture. I am also developing simple tools & machines and process flow improvements to enable millet processing at a small scale with reduced drudgery and enhanced output. I also work on documenting & developing tutorials on millet processing and quality assessment and as a technical consultant for different organizations - social enterprises and non profits.
