I have joined the Department since 1988 when the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program started for its implementation. I have been involved in the M&E of the Land Acquisition and Distribution component of CARP. When I joined the Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific, an intergovernmental organization of 14 member-countries, I was tasked to do research work. In 2008 July, I was assigned at the knowledge management & capacity development under the Bureau of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development. I was involved in the project review of the e-agrikultura project of DAR and the Development Academy of the Philippines.
