I am presently working at the Department of Agriculture Region 7, Mandaue City, Philippines. I am assigned at the Information Technology Unit, Planning Division and we handle analysis of information that could be useful decision making by the top management. We are looking into ICT applications or tools  that can help improve the productivity of our subsistence farmers maybe in the area of precision agriculture.
