ICT Update is a bimonthly magazine and website, in French and English, published by CTA (Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation) in Wageningen in the Netherlands. The magazine focuses on stories that show how technology can help the development process in rural areas of Caribbean, Pacific and African (ACP) countries. It is not an academic journal, there is no policy-speak or jargon, just field reports on projects that are actually using ICTs.
