I have worked as Head of Finance and Microfinance Operation for People's Foundation for Humanity Development - Sierra Leone. In January 2018, i established Foundation for Financial and Economic Inclusion - Sierra Leone, with two main thematic areas; financial inclusion and economic empowerment for the poor and vulnerable people of our society.. I believed that, to attained SDGs 1, 2 & 8 we must engage in inclusive growth, and those at the bottom of the population and income pyramid must be provided with affordable and accessible financial services so that they can be able to create their livelihood and lead their own lives.
