Lewis Mavesere, 34, is a smallholder farmer and lead farmer in Zaka District, Masvingo. For 4 years he has grown maize and tomatoes on 2ha, while training 25 youth in conservation agriculture. He focuses on making mechanization affordable for 1-2ha farms through shared 2-wheel tractor services and SMS-based booking. His goal is turning farming into a business that keeps youth in rural areas.
