I have Ph. D. Degree in Agricultural Extension from Visva-Bharati, a Central University and an Institution of National Importance and Heritage and have M. Sc. (Agriculture) Degree in Agricultural Extension and B. Sc. (Agriculture) Honours Degree, both with a high percentage of Marks in 1st. Class Category from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, one of the premium State Agricultural Universities of India with the 1st. Rank among the State Agricultural Universities of India, with over 20 years of experience in teaching and over 21 years experience in research in Agricultural Extension and field level Extension work. I am now engaged in the Post of Subject Matter Specialist (Agricultural Extension), Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Palli Siksha Bhavana (Institute of Agriculture), Visva-Bharati (the University founded by Gurudev Rabindra Nath Tagore, the First Non-European Nobel Laurent and also India’s First Central University and an Institution of National Importance and Heritage), Sriniketan, Birbhum – 731236, West Bengal. I have penned Three Numbers of very well acclaimed Books and also I have the distinction of writing as well as editing and peer reviewing both empirical and theoretical papers and articles in renowned National and International Journals and Books. At the same time, I have been actively engaged in field level Agricultural Extension and Research Work for the last Twenty Years.
