I am a curious learner and changemaker in the field of agriculture, and livelihood development with practical knowledge of need-based program planning, result-based project management, context-specific agriculture technology innovation, and resource management. I have first-hand experience from field level to ministry level policy-making, coordination, and implementation within the country and abroad. Similarly, with more than 25 years of professional work experience in multi-countries/continents in the diversified fields of agriculture development. Agriculture research and extension, crops management, irrigation management, organic farming, climate-smart agriculture, seed production, plant nutrient management, plant protection, IPM, Farmers Field School, and System of Rice Intensification (SRI), farmers' group and cooperative mobilization are the areas of my expertise. Further, I have long experience in editing technical newsletters and running an agriculture radio/TV program. I am a good team maker, enjoy collective work and collaboration, and am always proactive for new innovations.
