Have experience of over 30 years in Conceptualizing, Planningn, Implementing, Monitoring and Learning in Application of ICTs in Agriculture, with particular focus on 2-way Agri-info0sharing with Farmers, in Asia and Africa. I am currently involved with Government of India Initiatives on Farmers' Portal, mKisan and Kisan Call Centre (Farmers' Helpline), and also in replicating these intitatives in East Africa.
