Tapas Ranjan Chakraborty has been working for natural resource management for the last 17 years. Currently he is working with Oxfam in Bangladesh as ICT and Development Coordinator. He is leading the Oxfam-Monash University action research project PROTIC, where ICT is the vehicle to empower women farmers.
