• More than 10 years’ work experience in handling seed business Research & Development that include measurement of product phenotypic stability, product evaluation planning, coordinate business & product development strategy, segmentation of hybrids and markets, identification of markets and customers, Research data analysis, seed market data analysis, assess to current market scenario, presented encouraging results to deliver internal business strategy and Indian & State Government, working with Universities, State Government, ICAR and KVK projects for regulating seed business of Bayer Bioscience in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh states of India (Central India).
• Zone and regional business & sale development and support of government seed regulatory works were coordinating in Bayer Bioscience P Ltd.
• Coordinating & organizing annual workshops and crop tours during crop seasons.
• Awarded by “Spot recognition award” for covering huge gap of summer segment of market in Gujarat within time by developing of hybrid Pro 9450.
• Aforesaid experience was contributing in following concern in descending orders-
• As a Plant breeder, had been worked in Nusun Genetics Research Ltd and Nandan Biomatrix Ltd at Alwar (Raj) and Zehirabad (Tilangana) respectively. Planning, Breeding and Development of different level of testing of breeding projects had run for developing Breeding lines, commercial breeding combinations and hybrids of Mustard, Pearl millet and Jatropha.
• During Nusun Genetics Research Pearl millet and mustard market was leaded in Rajasthan through good evaluation of hybrids and segmentations
• As a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) had been worked on Tree Born Oils (TBOs) project of National oil and vegetable oilseeds Board at National Research Canter for Agroforestry, Jhansi and handling accounting, germplasm collection, selection of lines, nursery and Laboratory development, cross combination and their evaluation of combinations, plantations with layout of planning in aforesaid organisation.
• As Trainees had been working with Monsanto India handling of Bt. Cotton RCGM trials of India Government in south Rajasthan. And including also same just like aforesaid work of Bayer.
• Zero tillage practices on Maize had developed and evaluated at Bihar that include accounting, trialling, farmer handling, crop development, conducting crop tours, Data reporting and report formatting.
