After completing my education in Human Geography and Planning (BSc) and Climate Studies (MSc), I started working at ZLTO (the Southern Agriculture and Horticulture Organisation) in the Netherlands.

The Southern Agriculture and Horticulture Organisation (ZLTO) in the Netherlands is a entrepreneurial association that represents about 16.000 farmers in the southern part of the Netherlands. As management trainee I work directly under the CEO. We aim to support more cross-sectorial cooperation in order to catalyse innovations. Through economic, social and technologic innovation we invest in making the agricultural sector more efficient. More output with less input and within ecological boundaries is my key driver. In parallel, I am working on Smart Farming and am working on awareness and a higher coverage rate amongst our members and within the entire sector.
