GENERAL INFORMATION

The 33rd Session of the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for Europe will be held at Conference Center Mauerstrasse, Mauerstrasse 34, 10117, Berlin, Germany, from 27 to 31 May 2024.
The opening session will begin at 10:00 am (CET) on Monday 27 May 2024.

Sessions will take place on 27 May from 10:30 to 17:00, and on 28 and 29 May 2024 from 09:30 to 17:00 hours (CET).

The adoption of the Report will take place on Friday 31 May 2024 from 10:00 hours (CET).
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, Russian and Spanish during the meeting.

Wi-Fi will be available at the meeting venue. Working documents and other information can also be downloaded during the meeting.

The plenary sessions of CCEURO33 will be webcast live in English, French, Spanish and Russian. Links will be provided here just prior to the session.

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 27 April 2024.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration to collect badges will be available on:
· Sunday 26 May 2024 from 12:00 to 17:00 hours; and
· Monday 27 May 2024 from 08:00 to 10:00 hours.

The documents for the session are available in English, French, Russian and Spanish. There will be no distribution of working documents (including the report of the session) through the Codex mailing list (Codex-L) except for circular letters. All working documents, including conference room documents, information for delegates and other relevant materials, will be published on the Codex website as they become available. We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting as printed documents will not be made available at the session.
