At its 74th session, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 2021 the International Year of Fruits and Vegetables (IYFV). The #IYFV2021 is a unique opportunity to raise awareness on the important role of fruits and vegetables in nutrition, food security and human and planetary health. It also aims to reduce food loss and waste and promote sustainability and safety of the fruits and vegetables value chain. 

The #IYFV2021 launching ceremony will took lace on Tuesday, 15 December 2020 from 13:00 to 15:30 CET through the virtual conferencing platform Zoom.  Catch the webcast here:
