I am currently working on community-based projects that promote climate resilience, sustainable food systems, and greywater reuse in Jordan. These initiatives, led by Arab Experts for Training (AET), focus on capacity building for municipalities, vocational schools, and medical laboratories to strengthen food security and public health through sustainable and inclusive practices.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Abbadi is a multidisciplinary professional and social entrepreneur from Jordan with over fifteen years of experience across the healthcare, human resources, and environmental sectors.
He is the Founder and General Manager of Arab Experts for Training (AET) a registered non-profit organization advancing climate resilience, sustainable food systems, and capacity-building across Jordan and the MENA region. Under his leadership, AET has implemented initiatives in collaboration with international partners such as UNICEF, EU Interreg NEXT MED, UC San Diego’s GC3WEFH, and CAN Jordan, focusing on nature-based solutions, greywater reuse, and youth climate education.

Abuimer is also the Founder and CEO of Gold Lab, a private diagnostic laboratory network recognized for quality assurance and community health programs. With a background in Human Resources Management (MSc) and international TOT certification, he combines scientific, managerial, and educational expertise to promote integrated approaches linking public health, climate adaptation, and sustainable development.
He is currently engaged in projects that foster food security and climate-smart innovation to strengthen community resilience in Jordan and the wider region.
