Global Forum on Food Security and Nutrition (FSN Forum)

- Representative of Latin America and the Caribbean by the Major Group of Children and Youth (MGCY) of United Nations, and serving as a Global Forum Member at FAO, I had the honor of serving as an official panelist at the event 'The Road to Zero Hunger: A Review of Youth Engagement in Food Systems Transformation towards achieving SDG 2 targets', organized by the World Food Forum, FAO, ProVeg International, Welthungerhilfe (WHH), ACEF - Africa Climate and Environment Foundation, and the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth. I deeply appreciate the invitation from MGCY. This event took place during the ECOSOC Partnership Forum 2024 and aimed to highlight how young people can play a central role in building a #ZeroHunger future. - Youth 2030: United Nations Strategy for Youth (Associated with the World Food Forum & FAO FSN Forum) An initiative in collaboration with UN Chile (Office of the Resident Coordinator), UNICEF, and IOM. We met with young leaders, influencers, and advocates of the SDGs to strengthen collaboration within the framework of the United Nations Strategy for Youth (Youth 2030).
