Happy to see contributions to this background paper. Just to remind that voluntary updates are... voluntary. There is no request or expectation that countries have to update. However, if a country has new data and wishes that the new data be reflected in SDG reports and on the FRA portal, this is an opportunity. Future will show how many countries will provide updates.
