I am working on:
Currently, as Programme Policy Officer, I represent WFP for the Nuts and Fruits in Hilly Area (NAFHA) project (GAFSP grant) at the provincial level for project management, implementation coordination, monitoring and reporting. My major role includes coordinating/facilitating Technical Assistance and Farmer Nutrition School (FNS) activities within the Bagmati Province, Nepal, for the NAFHA project.
My key skills include planning, project management, collaboration with government and non-government partners, conducting research, and facilitating capacity building focused on nutrition and health. I hold a master’s degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, obtained in 2015 from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Karnataka, India, and bring over a decade of experience in Nutrition, Public Health, and Food Science. My journey includes impactful roles in the food industry, NGOs, and UN agencies.
