The Publications and Library branch and the FSN Forum are teaming up to provide Forum participants with additional references and resources to raise awareness on topics of their contributions.

Who does what

The Global Forum on Food Security and Nutrition (FSN Forum) is FAO’s open, neutral platform for multistakeholder dialogue. Launched in 2007, it facilitates exchange, and promotes transparency and inclusiveness in policy and decision-making towards the eradication of hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.

The Publications and Library branch generates, disseminates and safeguards FAO's wealth of technical knowledge. With some 900 titles a year (and a vast historical collection of food- and agriculture-themed works), it is one of the largest publishers in the UN system. The new link-up opens up a world of references to FSN Forum call participants, while boosting the visibility of the FSN initiatives and related resources across corporate channels.

Don’t miss out on the three articles the pair has already worked on; those are on the Right to Food Guidelines, the SSF Guidelines, and SOFA 2024. Many more are in the pipeline.
