The Government of Honduras has approved imports of about 54 600 tonnes of cereals for the last quarter of 2015. The bulk of the quota is for maize, set at 33 470 tonnes for yellow maize and 20 975 tonnes for white maize respectively, while a small amount of rice imports (154 tonnes) would also be allowed under the quota.
